With over 19 years of experience, she has successfully navigated through various sectors, including sales team management, human resources, banking, operations management, and business development. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Administration with a major in Communication, along with a certificate and a Master’s in Human Resources Management, Magdalina has always been driven by a deep passion for HR. This passion led her to leverage her expertise as a strategic asset within our company.
