COVID-19: The health and safety of our customers and community are a priority

We at Itergy understand this could be a difficult time for you and your company. As we face one of the most challenging global situations we have experienced in our lifetime, we want to assure you that our commitment to you remains our top priority.

We have enacted our Business Continuity Plan, enabling our team to work remotely and continue providing the same level of service you are used to. At the same time, we are all following government guidelines in each of our regions of business to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We are fortunate to be able to operate and function as usual, and we are focused not only on how we can continue to serve our clients, but also our community in this time of need. We are experiencing an extraordinary proactive response to a global pandemic, and we feel we should be part of the solution. With this aim, Itergy has made a significant donation to the Welcome Hall Mission to ensure the people the most at risk in our society are adequately cared for.

“Welcome Hall Mission is deeply grateful for the ongoing financial support of Itergy and Itergy’s team of employees. This support is particularly valuable at this time during the Covid-19 pandemic. Welcome Hall Mission, founded in 1892, has become the largest doorway to help for vulnerable Montrealers. A wide variety of services and programs are available to people who are experiencing homelessness, young people in precarious situations and families who are living below the poverty threshold.  Welcome Hall Mission currently provides emergency shelter to more than 400 people each night at various facilities.  Additionally, the Marché Bon Accueil provides free groceries to more than 3,500 people each week.”, Samuel Watts, Welcome Hall Mission CEO.

As we continue to navigate this difficult situation, please contact us if you have concerns.

We thank you for your ongoing confidence and wish you and your family continued good health and well being during these difficult times.
