Itergy has announced today the acquisition of DataBind Solutions, an Ontario-based IT Solutions Provider and Microsoft Partner.
DataBind Solutions offers end-to-end information management and business productivity solutions based on Microsoft technology platforms, with a focus on the Microsoft Cloud. Itergy will secure the DataBind Solutions assets, people and customer contracts and the acquired business will operate under the Itergy brand.
This new acquisition will allow Itergy to deliver business solutions built on core technologies such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure and Power BI. Itergy has been delivering IT solutions and services to both local and global companies for the past 18 years. By applying DataBind Solutions specializations and resources within these services, the combined energies of both companies will allow Itergy to provide unparalleled industry-leading IT solutions to a range of customers.
