IT leader Itergy is pleased to announce that it has won the bronze award for the Managed Services at the prestigious Canadian Channel Elite awards in Toronto on September 11th.
The CDN Channel Elite Awards recognize IT solution providers for their innovation, leadership and commitment to creating value for their customers. Awards are distributed annually among leading solution providers across Canada. Judged by a panel of Canadian CIO’s, Itergy was recognized for the solution delivered to APG – Neuros.
Itergy put into place a flexible and fine-tuned Office 365 Managed Services solution for Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB). The manager of IT and UCDSB was looking for a team of experts with a deep set of skills and a proven methodology to ensure constant availability of the school’s learning environment. This is exactly what Itergy’s Office 365 Managed services provided: proactive monitoring, skilled delivery resources, committed service level agreement and a proven methodology. This enabled UCDSB to realize a wide range of benefits such as: strategic reallocation of resources and talent, reduced number of issues and time to resolve, and most importantly positive community feedback from parents, teachers and students.
“Itergy brings the skills, the methodology, and the tools that help me and my team deliver results to the organization faster. They understand our challenges and what we are working to achieve. Having Itergy and O365 Managed Service for Education help me sleep at night.”
